I see that your rates is $245 per week however what happens if the child is absent from daycare during that week i.e. sick 2 days during that one week. Will the rate remain 245 for that week or will that week rate be adjusted to reflect the absent…

Also if a parent is on vacation for a week and decides to take the child out of daycare for vacation. Will we be charged for the week even though they are not attending and also how much notice does the parent have to give the daycare that they will be out of daycare for that week?

Below we have provided answers to some of the general questions we have been receiving.

1. Infant Rate (my son 9 months old)?
ANS: ($245.00 per week for full time)

2. Are your rates based on a daily, weekly or monthly basis?
ANS: Weekly

3. What will your drop off and pick up times be?
ANS: 6:30am to 6:30pm

4. How many infants per room will you be accepting and what will your ratio be based on that set number of children per room?
ANS: 10 infants to 3 teachers. (3:1)

5. What is your licensing capacity for your facility?
ANS: 117 children capacity

6. Have you reached your maximum pre-registration quota and if so, how many are on your waiting list for infant care?

ANS: As of July 4, 2009, 5pm. we have 2 spots available for infants and continous waiting list for parents on materneity leave and/or pregnant.

7. Would we be able to visit your facility and potentially meet some or all of the staff PRIOR to making a commitment to enroll?

ANS: Sure, once we are opened we will be having an open house, so parents could tour the facility and meet the teachers. However we can't guarantee a spot until that time.
